Investment Structure

Each deal is a partnership, with Marterra structuring deals to maximize alignment with investors and enable peak property potential. Our structure options include JV partnerships, internal funding and syndication arrangements.

Investment Plan

We create custom tailored investment plans for each opportunity to maximize risk-adjusted returns for our investors. At Marterra, there is no ‘one size fits all’ approach, as every investment has its own unique objectives and characteristics.

Returns

Marterra targets value-add returns or higher, depending on the risk profile of each investments, and intends to co-invest in each opportunity to ensure Marterra’s interest is aligned with its investors. As part of this, we aim to maximize our alignment with our investors through thoughtful and synergetic investment structures.
